I think your jealous because your worried about people or things you care about being taken away in one form or fashion. I think the way to cure it is to have faith in yourself and trust the your relationships with friends, family and significant others can't be replaced by something else. Realize that interaction with people and things is what makes us grow as people and the more we grow the better our relationships with other people become. You never know what either of you can learn to bring to your relationship. So look at it as a blessing and not a tragedy. Also remember 1 thing , you can't lose something you never had. If it's truly meant for you it can't be lost no matter how hard you try. Hope that helps you.

I agree jealouosy is a form of insecurity. But we all feel jeaouls sometimes & as long as you recognise your feelings & admit them to yourself, which you have done is half the problem sloved. As long as you don't act on your feelings & cause anyone harm, then these feelings are more or less normal. Just tell yourself, I'm an Ok person, & accpet myself exactly as I am.
There's bound to be people who are doing better than us, be it financially, physically etc & we could be forgiven for feeling abit envious but at the end of the day, we have to be grateful for what we have & appreciate what we have & love ourselves.

I dont understand if there is remedy for jealousy. commonly human beings are jealous for countless motives that I actually have seen. this gained't note to you yet it is my life social gathering that I actually have. there became a instructor I had and his spouse became really jealous of him. So jealous that if he stuck a site visitors gentle living house and became 5 or 10 minutes overdue he were given chewed out by using her. properly for sure this became rediculous and my instructor were given mad at her in some unspecified time sooner or later and made up a particularly tale about the 5 minutes he became living house overdue from paintings in some unspecified time sooner or later. at the same time as she responded it is rediculous - he stated no kidding - now you word what i imagine anytime you accuse me of that. lol besides she concept he became outstanding and that she became no longer beatiful adequate to keep this manner of guy. It got here from her own lack of self belief and that i imagine maximum jealousy does come from that. maximum those that sense this manner did no longer have a sturdy living house surroundings the position they felt loved and look after. So in case you start up picking to love your self and under no circumstances over reacting to each thing that occurs human beings will like being round you more desirable ideal. the different social gathering I actually have I dont imagine is jealousy yet acts like it. i understand a woman who cheated on her husband each of the time - yet she would not enable him examine with any lady without givin him the third degree. So she dealt with him like that because she knew she ought to no longer have self belief herself to be authentic and subsequently she ASSUMED he must be dishonest because she did. So what regarded like jealousy became guilt in her case. Does that help any? Jealousy stems from an apprehension of loosing someone - an merchandise - a way of life even. you ought to locate out why you're insecure and connect that your self. concern is the option of religion. concern is the finest weapon the enemy has reason we finally end up utilizing it to ourselfs. reliable success....

Sweetie ,jealousy it caused by insecureity,I use to be like that also, but you have to try and put a stop to it by talking to yourself...tell yourself everyday that you don,t need to be jealous, that you are a good person and you are OK,no need to be jealous, you are ok just the way you are...now you do know it is ok to be jealous if you have a real reason to be..As you get older you will be better at accepting yourself just like you are,you don,t need to feel insecure you are a good person and no one else ids better than you, become your best friend....

Well, jealousy is the feeling of beling fearful or wary of being supplanted; apprehensive of losing affection or position.
So I suppose the only cure is the feeling of winning.--Yet to win is to gain.
When there is gain ther is loss.
So i suggest you should overcome jealousy mentally, than physically.
