Marks and Spencers and possibly the other supermarkets sell cantucci biscuits which you dip in the Italian dessert wine named Vin Santo, but strangely not the wine to go with it. The only place I know that sells it is that Italian shop at the top of Leith Walk in Edinburgh, and having little time left and already having experienced several Edinburgh Christmas shoppers attempting to knock me off my feet like Richard Ashcroft last week, I'm not prepared to go back there again. I can't imagine Kirkcaldy has anywhere that sells it, but I'd be prepared to go as far as somewhere like St. Andrews since it has nicer shops. Does anyone know of somewhere that sells it? Or should I just substitute a sweet sherry instead?

I believe there is a really good off-licence in Leven, which sells all sorts of unusual stuff. I remember my Dad recommending it a few Christmasses ago when he was looking for a strange liqueur for my Mum.
