my mid back is very sore and painful and has been this way for over a month when i twist , bend sideways or bend backwards . When i make these movements intensely i sometimes hear cracking or popping noises and feel like something moves . Could this be a cause of cancer in some of the organs . ie pancreas . I had an abdominal ultrasound 3 months ago and everything came back normal , i also had blood work done 6 months ago and everything seemed fine , no anemia and white blood cell count was good . no trace of diabetes

Chances are you have back problems and not cancer, I hope. You should go to an orthopedic doctor and get your back cat scanned. There were a number of times I thought I was dying of cancer and it turned out to be some extremely minor problem. But it is always a good idea to go to the doctor and make sure if you don't know.

Chances are you don't have pancreatic cancer - that is the most deadly. If you had that you would probably be jaundiced and losing weight, and you might already be dead. I don't know your age, but you almost certainly couldn't have this if you are under 50.

Hi Dee. It might be time to see your family Chiropractor.

Best wishes and good luck.

Try a psychologist. They have helped many with similar conditions.
