my weight is 305, i already had a check up i have no heart promblems, i need to lose this weight i tried all the time!! i need something that dose'nt cost a lot of money i all ready have a tread mill and use it 2 a day so you guys give me some good stuff to do thank you

That will be no easy task. You will need to see your doctor before you begin. They will need to do blood work and a heart stress test, check for anything that may be wrong with you. Losing a lot of weight is hard on the body. Ask your doctor how to begin.

First, you should talk to your doctor.
Second, you should consider re-educating yourself about food and nutrition instead of going on a "diet."
Diets only work in the short term, they're full of restrictions (don't eat this, and don't eat that!) That's no way to live.
You need something that allows you to enjoy everything in moderation...that way you learn to incorporate such foods into your every day eating habits, for life.

you should take to you Doc cuz if you want to loss that much you should know waht is the best way for your body. trust me i have seen people do some messed up stuff. so just go to your Doc.

Only if you weigh 300 pounds you can loose 110 pounds or you will mostly die to diseases, cause that is A LOT OF POUNDS!!!

Maybe start with your doctor. I also hear Weight Watcher's is very reputable.
