If 60 % of Americans are over weight as it says that means that 40% are average or thin. I prefer to look on the bright side.
That I have a 40% chance of being thin. Most vegetarians are thin over half are under weight so being a vegetarian cuts my chances of being fat down farther. Then don't eat junk food.
I was complaining about washing dishes and grandma said:
"Children in Africa don't have to wash dishes. Because they don't have anything to eat." Never complained again.
Should we apologize because we have food to eat and the other countries fight and kill and don't have food? Stop fighting and you will have food to eat and get fat to.

I read just a few weeks ago something about how Americans are getting fat, but they arent the unhealthiest. Besides the African countires filled with genocide, AIDS/HIV, an famine, many European countries were even unhealthier.

Yes according to many magazines. We have many Fast-Food restaurants in here, USA. We have so many sweet foods. 30years ago, so few sweet foods, and few Fast-Food restaurants compare to present. My finger-pointing is at Food companies and restuarants. Companies care about money.
I never forget the photos of girls american girl and french girl.
They compare these photos who's hotter and slim. American girl in photo that she eatings Mc Donald Big Mac burger and she s overweight. French girl in photo, she eats french cheese, cracker and wine aside. She s hotter and slim than american girl. These photos were on Maxim magazine. It products in New England. They made fun USA overweight people.
I met many deafs from other countries like China, Russia, New England, France, etc. Their own sign language of USA. It shows that most of their sign language is shape of fat like moving both of hands away from stomach.
Some of their signlanguare show that they pull pant waist away from waist to show that american people have large waist.
And also ,overweight people taxing us to pay for their healthcare.
Yup. It s true according to many magazines, newspaper, television, Goverments and foreigners.

65% of adults are considered overweight.
But, keep in mind, that this goes by BMI (Body Mass Index) which is calculated by height and weight, so there are plenty of people who fall into the overweight category who AREN'T, because they are muscular, which we all know, weighs more than fat.
In fact, I heard that Will Smith is in the obese category because his weight is too much for his height, but it is just because he is muscular....
