what does this mean in english? i dont know but some one i know very well wrote down cause he knew i cant speak anything but english and it had a picture of a girl who was crying bloody tear and eating a poison (im guessing) bloody apple

I'm pretty sure it's Spanish, go onto Dictionary.com and click Translator, then copy-paste and see what you come up with. It is definitely Portuguese! However, the usage of the gerund "sorrindo" (smiling) and "morrendo" (dying) may denote it is the Brazilian variant of Portuguese!
It means (literally):
"I wish I were like other people...to (be able to) pretend that they are always feeling well, to live smiling... But the tears are always predominant on my face... I am dying little by little..."
Quite poetic, if i may say so... and apart from the absence of the " ´ " signal above the first "a" in "´lágrimas" (tears), there are NO other errors there!!

A very close translation could be:

There are a few mispellings that makes hard the correct translation- It's Portuguese (with a few typing mistakes in the text)

He is saying that you appear to be happy, but the truth is your completely alone and sad in the inside, The guy doesn't really no his spanish, some of the words don't make sense...Its from an old Spanish poem based loosely on the same principals as Romeo and Juliet...
