I'm wayyy too practical to answer this question. But I'd suggest you going to www.crutchfield.com and see what actually fits your vehicle. Then you can also get an idea of pricing.

Once you do that, come up with a budget. See how much you are willing to spend for sound. Then buy according to what components fit into your budget.

If I bought according to sound quality, every system I've ever installed would probably be worth more than the car. I usually set my budget at about $600 to $900. I'll see what Crutchfield says will fit, then I go to Circuit City and Best Buy, and whoever else might have those components, and listen to the sound.

There is nothing wrong with you writing down the components, walking into a retailer with a CD or mp3 disc with songs you like and checking out their demo systems.

I've always been a Kenwood person, but I haven't always installed Kenwood. I've installed systems that have what I need and fall within my budget. Back in the day before I could spend $700 on a system, I installed an entire Kraco system, including amp and sub for $250. (Those of you who know of Kraco can stop laughing and shaking your heads) And it sounded nice for what I was using the system for.

Hope this info helps. Many folks are going to mention many different systems. Just go with what you like for what you can afford.

Again are you in India?
I suppose 20K is Rs.20000 then.

Pick up the system from the Fiesta top end. it is quite good. Avoid Blaupunkt. Remember that the Fusion does not have a rear shelf for mounting the speakers, and more importantly estates (fusion rear is almost as big as one) are very poor reproducers of sound because of the volume of air inside. So you end up turining up the volume if you are driving, and blowing the brains out of the guys sitting at the back

Regarding good music system for your car u can go for the leading brands as: SONY/KENWOOD/BLAUPUNKT.
It is advisable to go for a Music system in which u can use the cassette player as well as CD player both, For speakers u can go for the compatible speaker from the showroom itself , 2 REAR and 2 FRONT speakers are the general requirement.Don't compromise on the speaker's quality because that is the one which produces sound.
Always go for a Branded one.
THANKS

Am I the basically man or woman who would not study solutions with the help of those who don't have somewhat blue guy next to them? besides, re: your question - the extra severe some thing is the a lot less severe I take it. I have an inverted mind-set. Funerals should be humorous, dammit! you need to snicker about getting fired. besides the indisputable fact that, dropping the taxi receipt and dreading having to justify why you need to get reimbursed $15 no matter if you do not have a receipt - that's what keeps me up at evening.

20K huh? thats alot, but anyway it all depends on how many subs you want how many amps how much bass etc..i mean in a ford fusion you can fit about 6 12's if done right. but if i had to suggest a brand from what you listen i would definitly go with pioneer. its sorta hard to suggest what you should get cuz i dunno what you want be more specific if you told me "i want 3 12's with no more than 3000watts" then i could help ya out but your question is so broad and then with your 20K budget i mean you can do alot with that.so rephrase your question and youll get more suggestions
