I have been told many a times to bite the dog back by drinking whatever you drank the night before but sometimes you just cant so I recommend M&M's they kick the hangover pretty quick

Not kidding here..... You need to exerice more. When your in good shape - you never get hangovers! I work contruction and my body is tight... I can drink all night and go swing hammer for 10 hours - NO PROBLEM!!!! I'm 40 YO too I'm a picture of health!

Plain bread and water. I say water cause drinking strips ouor body of water. By adding watter you are replacing what you have lost. Bread to help soak up the booze. Good luck and Happy Holidays!

sunny eggs lots of bacon and toast and peanut butter drink lots of milk if that dont work get laid 3 times a day feel better fast

Breakfest burrito with eggs,bacon,cheese and lots of potato's.Does the trick for me every time.
