Oxycodone is a stronger narcotic. I really depends on the person and the pain. Oxycodone works much better for me with less side effects. For me 5 mg of oxycodone works much better than 10 mg of vicoden. The 325 is the amout of acetaminophen.

oxycodone is a higher class of narcotic but the dosage that seems stronger will vary for each person. the 325 is just the amout of tylenol in it.
