I don't know if it makes you a **** but to him he probably said it to see how easily you would do something like that. And if it was a test for him to see what type of a girl you really were then you might have failed.

yeah sort of beacause why would you do that other than to get his sexual attention or any attention at all....i mean you didn't HAVE to flash him even though he said he wanted you too, i mean he didn't show it too you even when he said he would...
