Yes of course, I always look at extremely unattractive people, and dont understand what Im looking at. Its like watching a train wreck, you dont want to, but you cant help it!

Not really, someone but something when I'm thinking. I will only stare someone when I noticed that they were staring at me.

If I am tired or preoccupied, I may do that. It is rude, though, I hate when I notice that I'm being stared at by someone.

I personally don't like staring at people (even cute girls) because I don't like being stared at myself.....I think it is rude to do this to people, but to each his/her own.
