If you know FOR SURE she likes you, then give her a rose (or whatever flower she likes, and also be sure she is not allergic), and tell her: 'I saw this beautiful rose and it reminded me of you. But then again, all things that are beautiful remind me of you.' That should work, if she is the right type.
You have to have 'balls' for this. If you sit around, you will lose her. What would you rather live with: the pain of her turning you down (when you know you did all that could be done), or the agony that you will live for a good time for now, knowing all that could have been if you only had some guts.
You're the guy, you should do the first step. You can do it!

WRITE LETTERS TO HER IF UR SHY ITS WHAT I DID WHEN I MET MY BF!!lol.and if she trys and talk back to u face to face dont turn ur face away from her NO MATTER WHAT!!send her a couple of letters in the beginning say that you like her and ask for her answer(even thoe you know)and tell her to write back to u or talk to you if she feels like it!dont pressure her into talking to you..it could get messy^^good luck!!
