I called him once. I said hi once. He's most of the time hanging around with his friends, and he's not even in my class. I realy like him, and want to talk to him, but everytime i see him he just stares at me. I stare at him to, but THAT'S IT! WE JUST STARE AT EACH OTHER! I have no idea what he thinks of me, and i want to talk to him so badly... plz help!

yeah, one of the hardest things in the world to do is when you first try to talk to someone you really like.
What worked for me: I"d pretend she was just another friend, and I'd ask questions I'd ask my friends. 'Did you see such and such movie?' etc. etc.
Just remember, you are nowhere near the first person to ever be freaked over this issue. Very few people are comfortable with people they are attracted to for the first few times. The big difference when you get older is you've experience it enough that you know how to handle it without thinking. So... you just gotta get through those first few times, talk about simple things, things you are interested in, find out about what he is interested in and in doing that you'll find out if he really is someone you like or someone you wouldn't really hang out with.
Just remember, EVERYONE has fear, its how we each decide to deal with our fears that seperates us into winners and losers. Winners keep at it, losers give up and quit.
What would it feel like if you just never talked to this guy? Wouldn't you always wonder what might have happened? Do you want to spend your life that way?
I"m sure there is something in your life that you have had to practice: a sport, a game, a musical instrument.. whatever it is you had to practice and you were far from perfect the first time you tried. Relationships are the same way, you gotta practice, take beginner steps at first (friends) then move on when you get good at that part.

I know it sounds difficult to do, but try it. Back off a little, because if a boy likes a girl, and she gives him clear signs that she likes him back (as u hv done) then its upto him, for now.
Sorry to sound harsh, but he has not made a move, and he may be thinking he can do better.
If you approach him, he may respond, but he will think u desperate and use you for what he can get, then, he may or may NOT stick around.
