Mmm, not much time, Sam but here goes nothing.
6,4,2 pack abs....not gonna happen but it wouldn't hurt to try.
You could tone up a bit and clear your skin by doing the following:
1. Eliminate soft drinks
2. Eliminate anything dairy (except skim milk)...good for skin.
3. Eliminate fast food unless it's salad or grilled chicken
4. Eliminate fried ANYTHING (that includes fries)
5. Drink lots of water. Triple or quadruple of the amount of water you drink now...very good for your skin...water is your best friend.
6. Drink very little fruit juice (too much sugar, sugar is evil)
By now you're wondering, heck what should I eat?
Do consume:
1. Lots of water, as metioned above.
2. Oatmeal with skim milk (very good for you)
3. Fruits (especially berries) and veggies
4. Nuts (almonds, peanuts, cashews, pecan) yummy
5. Egg whites (geez I'm getting hungry)
6. Turkey or very lean beef (protein is essential)
7. Cereal (make sure it's WHOLE GRAIN with little or no sugar, remember, sugar is evil)
8. Peanut butter (mustard is OK, no ketchup)
9. Cook with Olive oil or Canola, anything else is bad.
Hey, if I can eat like this every day, you can do it for week.
Almost done, RUN. Yes, fast (don't sprint, you won't make it to 20 seconds) every day for 20 minutes. If you can sing a song or converse while you're running, you're moving to slow.

one week 5 pounds is a good amount for a first week of dieting because u will loose lots of diet weight. i want to do same thing for christmas....it would be so great(a present to myself). basically when u wake up do 50 situps then eat a small breakfast then take a run unless u r going to school. for lunch have a sald. for dinner have a normal portion dinner with some veggies. then run again and do more situps. in one day u should do atleast 150 situps to reach ur goal. wash ur face after exercising so no more pimples will come. good luck!

Losing 5 pounds mite be unhealthy but not impossible...The thing is tht if u wanna luk like u lost 5 pound or u jus wanna see in the bathroom scale tht u lost 5 pounds..
Try doing this...Just eat fruits and veges and a 50 gram fish or chicken..Drink 5 liters of water and drink 250ml of milk. per day...And dont forget to do cardio but dont do weight liftin caz u ll gain muscle and muscle weighs 3 times more than fat....
and finaly pray to God to help u..
This is the most simple healthy low calorie food, probably...try this and see wat happens....

If you're life at all depends on it... you're screwed. What did you do, lie to someone about what you looked like??? Check out this website http://www.phifoundation.org/ , do some pilates and crunches. Do an emergency facial mask. Good luck, and in the future, don't let your life depend on your looks :)

tell us why your life depends on it because we are so interested! i would just go to the gym, lift some weights and run, do aerobics etc. stay focused! get a lot of sleep and eat healthy. you can do it!
