Umm..study as in???..hmm...maybe wikipedia.com, it may seem odd but wikipedia knows alot believe me lol. Try http://www.sibeliusmusic.com/, they have some good sheet music (free and some at a cost but they are not really music above 5 dollars). I was on there for a about an hour a while back lol. Try it. O and plus the ones that are a fee you can print the first page of it for free..but nothing else, usually the ones that are 1 min. are free and ones like 3 min and all come at a fee and have multiple pages.

What do you mean? And do you have to post the question twice? No, of course no. There is a lot of music theory behind arranging, and if you want to do arranging well, you need to study theory first. Go to school, take music theory classes, and then try it again.
