I'm not exactly what everybody would call big, but all of the weight that I gain goes straight to my thighs, butt and stomache, lol, I'm going to a special event in a little over a month and I really want to lose the weight before then, I just want to lose it in those spots too, and suggestions? and some links would be helpful too, oh, and I need some help about kicking my cravings for fatty foods also, one last thing, could someone give me a link on showing me how to do crunches, I heard they work really good but I don't know how to do them. I would really appreciate the help. thanks. and no smartmouths please, I don't appreciate that at all.

This is so weird. I'm a twin too. lol I think you're pretty skinny, unless you are super short. Ha, I have no idea how to lose weight EASILY because it is hard. Try running together because you guys can compete. Interval training (fast slow fast) is the best way to go. Of course the easiest way is not to eat, but thats not so good. Do the whole "eat fruit/vegetables" thing and stop eating when you're a little under full.

Why should you lose weight fast when you can take a slow natural way to lose weight like exercise or diets, and don't try using weight loss pills you see on television, they're all rip-offs!

there is no fast and easy way to keep weight off. your diet and exercise needs to stay regular. sporatic weight loss messes with your metabolism. crunches are a good start, to do them lay down on your back raise your knees above your stomach, your legs should be bent and your feet crossed. place your hands behind your head. now breath. ready? raise your head like you are trying to kiss your knees. the core of your body (your tummy) should be curled up. let your head back down. repeat this motion about 30 to 50 times, do this once or twice daily. it should keep the weight off your stomach. but that's just a start, cardiovascular exercise like running, swimming, or cycling is the absolute best way to burn off those calories. talk to your doctor about starting an exercise regimen. good luck

Unfortunately the only way to loose weight quickly is to have a good diet and exercise either on their own will do it over time but together they will do it fast

Start a nice easy workout program with a buddy. Maybe swimming or walking. It sounds really dumb but Ultra Slimfast is surprisingly effective. You definitely aren't hungry afterwards. Make sure you drink a lot of water. Many times when you are thirsty your body responds by saying it's hungry.

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup
