To hit or kick any girl is very wrong if I were you I would I would report it to the police and file a complaint. I am very very sorry that this happened to you your ex sounds like he is a very stupid little *****.

He hates you. But even moreso, he hates himself. Get rid of this idiot. I have seen jerks like that all my life. Run fast, get away or in a year or two you will be living in a trailer with three toddlers and no groceries. He will be out doing his thing in the one broke down car that y'all will own and of course you will be miserable.
Think it sounds far fetched. Go up to Walmart or Kmart and look at different folks. Misery galore because they thought they could help their boyfriend. You are not a qualified counselor so leave him to the penal system.
One more thing. You need to call the police and file a report. Most likely has has beat up other girls. If you report it, they may stop him before he kills somebody.

He may love you but he also hates himself. Any man who is abusive to a woman has his own issues to resolve before he can be in a loving relationship with another person. Your boyfriend should NEVER EVER harm you physically in any way. This includes kicking, slapping, pinching or any other physical act. You were right to break up with this boyfriend. Find a new one who will treat you with love and respect.

He obviously have some serious problem. You can't even qualify that as as coming close to love or even sincere affection for someone.
We can try to make it sound a little bit more acceptable and call it anger management problem, granted we can accept it as such. Nevertheless, would you want to be kicked or beaten up when some problems arise again? I would suggest weigh your options out there and run away as fast as you can.
