1) Switch it on.
2) Throttle up
3) Pull back on the yoke.
Make sure the plane is pointing in the right direction before commencing.

well if you really want to know...here's how:
1) get into some comfortable clothing and light weight shoes.
2) climb into plane and fasten your 5 point safety harness
3) place key into ignition and turn
4)switch on fuel pump and pump fuel into engine for roughly 6
seconds
5) a red light appears on dashboard. now adjust the pitch control of your propeller to full
6) you are now ready. draw the throttle to a quarter open, and switch on engine using 'engine on' button
7) wait for ground clearance
8) push throttle to half and accelerate down taxi lanes.
9) line yourself up with runway, and wait for engine oil temperature to get to approx 25 degrees centigrade (if its not heating up very quickly, apply the breaks, and push throttle all the way forward)
10) ask air traffic control for clearance
11) when they give you permission, push throttle forward to 3/4 and you will immediately accelerate.
12) when you are going at approximately 100mph you will begin to feel lift occurring. Slowly draw back on the main control shaft
(aka joystick)
13) you are up in the air, and flying!!!
14) to land - well, i am sure you can guess
and just to say, whoever wrote 'dont believe jimbob he is just trying to trick you' is a complete jackass! i am currently having flying lessons and have been doing so for 2 years!!! i am getting my pilots licence in a few months!
