We're not supposed to understand. Understanding requires wisdom; and we do the best we can to gain wisdom so we WILL understand.

I would suggest for you to explore different religions; and the one that is right for you; you will know it; because that religion will answer your spiritual questions; and you will gain the wisdom to understand life and the things you were put through.

It took me about 40 years to gain the wisdom to understand the things I had to endure as a child.

Friend, I was a Catholic as a child. Now I love most Catholics, and believe many are saved, but my experience was that the Catholic church didn't lead me to trust in Jesus ONLY for salvation. Thank God a friend shared the gospel with me and I learned it's not about acts, sacraments, etc. Read the link, believe with your heart, and BE SAVED! What do you have to lose except your sin and grief? See you in Heaven, Bro!

I'm really not sure what your question is. The fact that things happened to you in life does not mean that Christ does not exist. Things happen in life to everyone. That does not mean that Jesus is not real. The thing is that when things do happen, that is when your faith in Him and what He can do for you kick into overdrive(if you will)Without faith it is impossible to please Him. He said that if you seek Him, then you will find Him. So to say that you are waiting on Him to make the first move. That move has already been initiated when He died on the Cross for our sins. And not only that, He continues daily when He wakes us up and gives us our very being to do what we choose to do daily. Whether it is to acknowledge Him or not. May God Bless

He Does! In the Bible

I believe God's revelation of "Himself" to us in the Bible so unique,
from any other writings of mankind.

You might ask – Why do I believe this?

My answer would be - The one thing that is so exciting, interesting and unique about the Bible, is Prophecy!

Why? You might ask?

Because, through years in my in-depth study of the Bible. I have
found that the Word of God is 100 % accurate concerning prophecy!

This no man can or could do!

When it comes to the Bible I have come to discover it is God's Word to humanity, it is the truth, it is reliable, we can believe in it,
and it is trustworthy, in every word!

When you look at all the books there are in the world, the Bible,
stands alone, most certainly, as the most Unique Book there is!

For it is the only book of Humanity, that "dare's" to place its whole
credence upon the fact that it is able to tell in advance things that
are going to take place!

For no other religious book would dare to make predictions on the
future, and then base its veracity, its truth, its accuracy, or its
precision on those things happening!

And not just one prediction! But hundreds of predictions!

The great discovery of today is that this Book of 66 books, a type of library in itself, of which we call the Bible, was penned by forty
different men, over thousands of years.

We now see they are an integrated message system!

Other words we now discover that ever scripture, every name, and every detail of the text is there by careful engineering and design, transcending time itself!

If I were you, I would take a walk to the nearest forest or park if a forest is not close by, and I'll sit and watch the beauty and majesty of the trees towering above me, and of the flowers surrounding me and I'll let my mind free to think and appreciate the miracle of creation. You might call what you see, Nature, you might call it Big Bang, or you might call it Evolution, whatever you call this power of creation, whatever name you give it, it remains a higher power, a godly power, and this my friend is God.

I am a Mormon (I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, which obviously says i am a Christian.) and i am really a devoted one because i have knowledge of what i believe is true. If you want to know what is true, i recommend going to lds.org or mormon.org because i know it's true. and if you want to listen to peaceful music that can help you feel the Spirit then listen to Logan Heftel, Hilary Weeks, or Sharon Hopkins. and i highly recommend reading the Book of Mormon. it is the true word of God and if you search it and live it's teachings you will have everlasting HAPPINESS, JOY, PEACE OF MIND, AND THE GIFT OF THE HOLY GHOST. :)

Then, just in case, ask God to reveal Himself to you in your life. He will make Himself real to you.
