If your depression is partially the result of high insulin production leading to low blood sugar. Check out www.hufa.org - the symptoms link and see if you have other symptoms that can also be caused by low blood sugar. A diet that levels blood sugar can be an anti-depressant.

I used to think anti-depressants were the answer. But you know what. You can fight depression without them. Just try to become more active and creative. That alone will make you happy.
