When you get down to it, the circumstances of Jesus' death are only relevant to Christians not Jews or anyone else.
Thus, the Jewish view is that he probably got nailed to a cross and died.

God said from the beginning of the Bible that Jews would reject the Messiah and at the end of times all Jews will accept Jesus as the Messiah.
English is not my native language so I can't say the exact words but Jesus in the Bible says something like: ''I won't come back to earth until you say Praise the one who comes in name of the Lord'', that referring to Jerusalem who rejected the prophets. Jesus also says something like: The first ones will be the last ones and the last ones will be the first ones...
God didn't reject Israel for not accepting his Messiah, according to the New Testament they will accept Jesus at the end of times.

I don't know about the Jewish opinion but my opinion as a Druid, not american I actually live near Stonehenge, is that Jesus was a man who tried to change the way the religion of his era ran because it was not inclusive of the poor and ill. He upset the system and was killed for it. He was not the son of god in my opinion but a chaneller of great wisdom and he could only express himself in a way that the people of the times were able to accept and understand, ie
'me say you no do that cos big bad god say no.'
as opposed to 'I say no because the collective unity that is our coporeal existence on the astral plane would be darkened by its occurence and hatred manifests itself on earth through the negasticvity of oppression and we thus create our own hell on earth through letting ourselves be dictated to by outdated modes of thought and agends', yadda yadda and so on.
One of the things that astound me today is the longevity of these dictatorial and monothestic religions, as they are without a doubt well past their sell by date.
I follow the path of nature and reality, not some dusty old book that only bears any real place on history in the minds of the Roman historians who wrote it from more complex greek transcripts and who in turn desciphered it from hebrew and aramaic. It is a flawed book through the imaginations of the Romans who used it as a tool to prolonguew the Empire that still stands today on its modern throne. The USA.

Jesus was executed by the Romans for crimes against the State ( claiming to have powers greater than Caesar ). The Jews were against him for claiming he is the messiah.
If I were Jewish, I would think of his death like any other death. They come and they go.

Most Jews avoid this issue entirely.
Some view it as just another historical event.
MESSIANIC Jews see it as the gateway to eternal life.
Perhaps the more pertinent question is what is YOUR view of His death.

Depends on which Jewish person that you talk to. They have no agreement about Jesus.

Messianic Jewish view is that he died as predicted to forgive our sins and rose again
Isaiah 52:13-53:12 predicted "He will be despised and rejected and lay down his life to make atonement for our sins."
other views that reject the Jewish Isaiah-vary from he never existed to that he was stolen fromthe tomb to whatever.
my Jewish people tried him, turned him over to the Romans they tried him and cruciified him.

Jesus didn't die on the cross. He went back to india and studied and then took the marys to france and lived out the rest of his life there. Hence, the knights templar.

The realistic one. That he upset the people in power enough by his actions that they felt something needed to be done. So they arrested and eventually tried and crucified him which was the standard punishment of the time.
