Aids was never a Gay Disease so stop being ridiculas.. Its around long enough for you to know that.. Aids is even in the Animal world as well.. It could be a punishment sent by God for all the Immorality of the world. God sent punishments in Biblical times and I believe modern times as well, like WW1 and WW2. Aids is killing all walks of society but because of the risks that drug users and Homosexuals take they have a much larger rate of death and infection than other people...If Aids is not stopped and controlled it will wipe out half the population of the world.. Nobody knows for sure the figure of infected people because many have it and dont show the signs yet, and they continue to spread the virus at an alarming rate ..

I keep hearing that God does not spread bad.....I think AIDs is simply another disease device to control population. Its originator was from an animal which leads me to believe that being AIDs is not the punishment for gay people. Many people cheat on their partners gay or not. Many diseases get spread. We know it is spread by people who know they have it, making it an evil act on whomever they choose as their victim(s). Those who don't know they have it may be hiding the fact that they are cheating and that in itself is harmful to all involved. Eventually the lie will have to come out once the person finds out they have the disease. I am sure Gay people die from just as many non-aids related illnesses. AIDs is just one of the nasty ones. Remember also straight people or bi-sexual people have gotten this disease. So my answer is no on the punishment question but yes AIDs as being a disease that points or dictates a safer behavior whether it is protection or abstinance.

Aren't you a smart cookie? If it makes your little bubble all the more solid, then go ahead and believe that AIDS is divine intervention to all those blasphemous homosexuals.
If you're looking for the truth, then you might listen up when you find out AIDS originated in Africa, and was originally though to be only a "gay" disease because they are the least likely to use protection. Makes sense, doesn't it? Most heterosexual couples are worried more about pregnancy than STD's, but homosexuals don't have that little worry, thus ----> no protection. Luckily most people are smarter now.

1 Corinthians 6:9,10 says, "What! Do you not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators,...nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men...will inherit God’s kingdom." Matthew 19:4,5 also confirms that a marriage is to be between man and wife, male and female. So, God does not approve of homosexuality. BUT James 1:13 says, "When under trial, let no one say: “I am being tried by God.” For with evil things God cannot be tried nor does he himself try anyone." So God is not the cause of AIDS, nor is he punishing homosexuals by means of it.

No. AIDS is a virus. It wasn't created by God to punish anyone, anymore than any other disease was. We have many horrible diseases: polio, small pox, measles....children have AIDS and many other diseases. God does not intend to punish anyone with diseases. Possibly, these are challenges to test healthy people's humanity and ingenuity to help one another overcome obstacles. Suffering and illness are not unique to our time.

No. If so, then why are people who get blood transfusions getting it. If God did create it, then he did a pretty poor job of creating a disease, he's killed lots of innocent people with it.
There was a news show once, a few years ago, where a man had gotten AIDS from a blood transfusion, gave it to his wife during intercourse (he didn't know he had it), and they had a boy who was born with it.

I don't see it as a punishment. But I believe it was a warning to all people that promiscuity of any kind is dangerous and leads to bad ends.

I used to believe that, but then I came to realize that the people who are straight (like me), commit sin also. I was basically being judgemental. Sin is sin in God's eyes. Of course the bible warns of homosexuality, but it also says the wages of sin is death....meaning other sins too. Like stealing, murder, ect. Have a great day.
