ok he is a min pin and he is like not even 1 yr old (human years) and he eats our christmas presents n alla dat stuff

Your puppy is just that, a puppy.
Min Pins are hyper when they are young and their attention span is very short.
She is chewing on stuff because she is bored.
Take her to PETCO and let her pick out some toys that she likes and then YOU play with her with them.
If she can constructively get attention and play off her energy, she will have no need to gnaw on things unsuitable for her.
Also take her for walks, teach her to fetch, take her in the car with you, basically, spend a lot of face time with her so she knows she is loved in a positive way.

I have a min pin too. He is 11 years old, and is vicious. He bites. But we've had him 11 years, and I can't just put him to sleep. Min pins are very bossy and snarly. I've been thinking of calling the Dog Whisperer!

flick him in the nose, or give him a doggy toy because he is just a puppy so you should play with it more often then maybe it will behave

if he does it just when you leave, try crate training, it works wonders with house training, and behavior problems it also gives him a place that is just his!
