What drinks are good to drink and good for the body. Is coffee good to drink. Is sprite good to drink?. Sombody was saying that coke really isnt good to drink or isnt that good for the body. Is that true?

Pop in general is not good to drink. I try to stay away from it completely, it's just liquid sugar with empty calories. Water is the best thing for you to drink. You should try to drink about 8 glasses (64 oz. total) every day. Try putting in a slice of lemon if you want a little extra flavor. If you're drinking juice, make sure it's 100% juice. Tea and coffee are full of antioxidants and are good for you in moderation. And stay away from gatorade and powerade unless you are actually working out and sweating, they are designed to replenish your body with carbs and calories, and if you aren't actually working up a sweat you don't need them. And as for coke being bad for you, coke can remove rust from metal. I would rather not put that in my body :)

Water is about the only good thing, and then some say it has to be distilled, to avoid the impurities in tap water. Coffee has some good and bad. Soda of all types have sugar or sugar substitute, which some consider "not good".

This condition where the body's cell are never quite hydrated enough leave them in a weaken state, vulnerable to attack from disease. It weakens the body's overall immune system and leads to chemical, nutritional and pH imbalances that can cause a host of diseases.
Dehydration can occur at any time of the year, not only during the summer months when it is hot. The dryness that occurs during winter can dehydrate the body even quicker that when it is hot. Many victims of diseases such as cholera die primarily through dehydration, not from the disease itself.
General Rule: We need to drink half our body weight in ounces of water every day to provide the body with its MINIMUM water replacement requirements. Triple the intake for better results.

All fluids will get you by but the body does alot better with plain water. Food turns into energy with water but not with flavored water. Water also flushes out the system

Cola drinks are junk. The only completely safe drink is water, provided it is pure of course. Juices are okay, but not in excess.
