No, you cannot make that (Dolly Parton) nutrition soup with out onions. One of the fundamental components is two programs of Lipton onion soup in a field. Is this what you're speakme approximately? 6 inexperienced onions one million bell pepper three entire or one million significant can tomatoes one million head cabbage two stalks of celery Season with onion soup combine Cut vegetables and canopy with water in a significant pot. Bring to boil and simmer till vegetables are delicate. Use salt pepper, garlic, or bouillon for seasoning (what you prefer). TJ Miracle soup may also be eaten any time of day you consider hungry. Eat up to you prefer as most likely as you prefer. This soup is not going to upload energy. Eat all you wish. The extra you consume the extra you lose. I individually suppose should you cannot consume the onions then upload fats unfastened hen or pork broth (eight cups) as a substitute of water and overlook boxed onion soup/inexperienced onions. I additionally suppose it style larger with can tomatoes as a substitute than recent. I wonder whether you're doing the entire nutrition or simply the soup facet.

Of course you can do without it...however, I wouldn't suggest going on a diet like this. They just won't keep the weight off, because the only reason you are losing is because you are 1) not eating as much as you SHOULD, 2) you are not eating as many types of food as you should (what about friuts and grains?), or 3) you are so tired of it, you cut wayy down on the amount you eat.

In the superstore, fruits are usually picked out far too soon. Some are rocks, many are wrong. Some of the fruit and vegetables are generally right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.
