I had braces for 4 years and I haven't had them for at least 2 years now and I wear my retainer once in a while. I am aware that my teeth moves and my wisdom teeth is growing....so if you can wiggle your teeth is it normal?

Some amount of mobility (movement) is normal. Too much mobility is bad. The only one who can determine if it's normal is your dentist. Also, if you constantly wiggle a tooth you can eventually loosen it enough that it will fall out. So stop wiggling your teeth and talk to your dentist. Good luck

I think that it's not exactly normal. Maybe you should go ask you orthodontist and they'll be able to help you better than asking online.
Hope that helps!
