126-167 depending on body frame.
(small, medium, large frame)

No, those measurements sound perfect. You store your fat around your bust and hips and this is of no health risk. Your waist is already 24 inches, if you lose any more weight, it will be non-existant! Your weight is perfect with a BMI of 22, please just stay as you are and continue to lead a healthy lifestyle.
