Next time she does it stick a safety pin right in her arm. She sounds like a *****. Tell your Aunt/Uncle. Psh. Im taller than you but i dont think you should be treated that way even if you are a little short. Dont worry, you'll grow. My dad was 5'2 until collage and now hes 5'11. You'll be bigger than her soon and then you can kick her a.ss

F*ck, she's mean. Don't let her do that.
Kick her in the shins, bite her leg, pich her arm, slap her, punch her in the face, yank hre by the hair REALLY hard, elbow her in the stomach, push her agaisnt the wall and hold her by the neck and threaten her, kneel her down there (it hurts girls, too!), trip her. Next time she picks you up, kick her as hard as you can.
Keep in mind, though, that to beat her you do not need to be stronger or taller. Use your head. Be quicker, smarter.

Here's a video that might help. These people are pros, but it'll inspire you a lot! It's REALLY cool! If you can, watch the actual program on TV next time it comes out. It talks about alot a strategies that you can use agaisnt the enemy, without having to use so much strength.

You could also improve your strength by lifting weights and doing other sports.
