Definitely drink at least 2 litres of water each day - herbal teas count towards this, but fizzy drinks, tea and coffee don't! Your skin should clear/tone up in about 2-3 weeks but could take up to six weeks. Avoid alcohol and smoking as this dehydrates the skin.

the only way to have naturally better skin. you are what you eat. eat crap.get crap skin. eat plenty fruit.veg.drink lots of water. a little of something nice now and then is OK. always clean your b4 bed. regular exercise and facials. the facials will help find out Way products are suitable for your face and price range.

i dont really use any products for my skin. but to keep it haelthy and glowing i drink plenty of water every day.
(and the occasional glass of wine.lol)
