I think that some savants have exceptional memory. I heard about a man being able to read one page with his right eye and one page with his left eye and retain all the information; he was a savant. He was also able to recall the notes of a song he hadn't heard since he was 3 years old. He is now around 50.

Interesting question. Are you talking about individuals, which sex in general, or perhaps what sort of animal.
There is, of course, the legend of an elephant never forgeting, but that has been demonstrated to be false.
Some people (and I suppose some animals) do have photographic memories, but these people are rare and gifted.
In general, I would say, that as a species, man does, but that is only because be has a method of communicating what he remembers.

I don't think there is just 1 person I think there are probably millions of people who have photographic memories-

Not a who a what. Computers have the biggest brains but it takes many humans with intelligence to fill those computers. Sorry deviated from question.
