if u feel like hes flirting with u then he probably is. We can sense these things.
Maybe find something hes interested in and strike up a conversation relating to that.
Just tell him straight out, "i like u, do u wanna hang out", lifes too short to beat around the bush.

just talk to him more. its hard to find out if he;s flirting cause evryone does it so often that its hard to tell. good luck and happy holidays

does he make an extra effort to casually touch you? does he smile alot? you can tell.
