Ok well..first you should know that I have had trichotillomania since I was 11...which apparently is a "compulsive" disorder, but I think it's more of a from of self-injury. I seem to like the actual "pain" of hair pulling...even though the pain doesn't hurt..not in a bad way.

i know that sounds psycho and I don't care if you say that is, because I realize that is not normal.

I'm 15 now..

I've noticed I've started to become more impatient recently, and feel like crying out of nowhere and sometimes I don't even feel sad, I just feel overwhlemed and like I'm losing it/losing my sanity.

I have anxiety and paranoia was well, but I guess the doctors don't think I need meds for it.

Everything pisses me off almost.

Someone mixing something loudly with a spoon.
Just infuriates me.

It just bugs me where I feel like screaming.

I seem to always be ANGRY.

I don't know whats wrong?

I think my symptoms are worse than how I;ve described them...

And I realize its normal to be in those moods, but off and on throughout the day??

Wait I mean, I sometimes can experience various moods throughout a day, or I can stay angry/impatient throughout days or so...bipolar maybe?

I think your depressed, things can make you angrier you can feel paranoid, have anxiety and one way to relief it is pulling your hair out, your trying to release endorphins into your system, it's subconious, I'm surprised the Dr. didn't think you needed any further treatment for it. Were you completely honest to your parents and the Doctor about what your going through. Try again make someon listen, if your parents won't go to a guidance counsellor at school. I feel really badly for you, you shouldn't have to suffer these feelings. Another thing to try is a Crisis line they will listen to you and that alone could help alot. But please try talk to your parents again and make sure they take you to a different Dr. You'll be okay, just be honest and open and remember this is NOT your fault. Good luck to you, really all the best I hope you get someone to really listen.

It probably has a lot to do with your hormones fluctuating. You may want to try strenuous exercise to help--if you are totally wiped out from working out, you won't have the energy to be angry. Exercise also releases endorphins which make you happy. Rather than turning to doctors for medication, maybe you can try living a more natural lifestyle. If you do charity work and spend your time helping others who are less fortunate than you are, you will have less time to think about all the things that may be wrong with you.

I always used to feel like that, sometimes I still do, but it could just be your age, I don't mean to patronise you or understate what your going through but I felt exactly the same when I was 15. If you think its more extreme than that have a chat with your GP they should be able to help. Good luck
