drink a lotta water and wash your face twice a day and eat al lotta fruits and veggies . i think it is impossible to get rid of a pimple in 3 hours.

i dont know how fast this will work, but my mom and me used to do it...take bread and dip it in milk, put the bread on the pimple and wait for like an hour or so...take off the bread after that and wash your face with a scrub...

there is no way other than to pop it????? that will release the infection and begin the healing process. you can dab some visine on it with a q-tip this just like in your eyes will take the red out.. then make sure that you use some conceler to blend it with the rest of your skin>

Eh you cant dear...You could try Neuatragina on the Spot Acne stuff...but you'll need cover up...it wont go away that quickly
