what is this plug called?

based on the link, it's a powerlet connector, specifically called: CIGAR CABLE - PAC-002
Connects any device that has a cigarette type plug to a Powerlet socket (BMW type), including cell phones, radar detectors, air compressors, etc. Approx 10" long.

It is a converter plug to go in a cars lighter.
