my coffee always comes out to strong or to weak and its only me who drinks it how can i make offe with out making to much. i have a drip machine i dont do the stove. thank you

My dad taught me how to make coffee when I was growing up. He taught me to use 1 tablespoon per 2 cups of coffee(if you are brewing it) So in other words if your making coffee in an eight cup coffee maker, use 4 tablespoons. Everybody loves my coffee.
