I wrote a note to this guy that I like. I haven't given it to him. It's pretty straightforward. It's just asking him if he likes me back. I'm a little nervous about giving it to him or about how he will react...help please???

Just give it to him. The worst thing that can happen is that he doesn't like you back. Things will be awkward for a while and then just move back to normal again. Take the risk, if you don't, you'll never know!
