You are doing a nice and neighborly thing. If you feel you are doing this for "nothing," I suggest you stop. Send your neighbors a card wishing them the best of the holiday season.
If you don't mind not receiving a card or gift from your neighbors and you like to continue to give small gifts - go ahead. That's the spirit of the season.

You are taking the meaning of Christmas to heart.
Don't be embarrassed by doing the right thing!
We give gift as a good deed, not to be reimbursed.
Have a Happy Holiday season.

No you're just being kind. The fact they don't react tells me they're very rude, but it's a fact of life you deal with rude people all the time. What a nice
person you are, there should be more of you around. Merry Christmas!

No your probably not embarrasing them.
Your in the right place and sprending the good will of humankind.
Just remember it is up to them to say No Thank You or to explain kindly.
Either way, I'd keep up the great gesture.

nope, stop giving or sending them anything,it is obvious they don't want or appreciate it.you never know, they may never even bothered reading the cards,or using your gifts, maybe they regift it for some other people.this happened to me before,i realized why am i doing this?i'd rather give gifts to people who appreciate the gesture.they are rude, they should even thank you for those.

No.
If your heart chooses to give, let that be the reason for giving.
Giving is non-speculative. It's free and good-hearted and doesn't care about anything but the freedom to BE (exist).
Peace.

If you want to give them a gift, give them one. Reciprocation shouldn't be expected.

Take the hint, they either don't like you, or don't like you enough to spend money on you.
