it's Iranian, khoshgel means beautiful. khoshgele means she\he is beautiful , it also means the beautiful one.
for example you say : un khoshgele = he\she is beautiful.

Ok, I have found one reference that says it is a celebration at the begining of spring.

It is Cairo's Carnival. Maybe others also call their's a Koshgeleh? And that article mentioned Gypsies.

But there was also a couple of references to Radio Stations, and they were calling themselves a Koshgeleh, it looked like.

Or maybe they were just saying they have a Koshgeleh? Not sure on that one.
