Yes, if the mother does not want the child, and is planning to put it up for adoption then yes the father should be able to gain custody.
If the father is on the birth certificate then she has to get his signature to put the baby up for adoption. Unfortunately if she is pregnant she could possibly abort w/o the fathers permission.

only if the father is deemed fit, has full time a job and a place to live and is a responsible person. i dont think that just because he is the biological father he should get custody he needs to prove he is worthy of a child.

yes, of course the father should be given custody of the child provided that the father can provide a suitable environment for the child. good luck.

DEFINITELY! If the father is responsible and financially stable. And if it's the best for the child.
