most all cookies can be baked then frozen, bake, cool, lay on cookies sheet and freeze, then put in containers,, or you can mix up the dough,, separate into balls or how it should be, freeze then store in freezer bags, defrost then cook,,,, cakes can be baked first, cooled then wrapped well and frozen, all should be defrosted well and at room temperature, then frost/icing them,,, dont frost before freezing

Cakes you need to fully bake and then you can wrap them in paper, plastic wrap or foil and freeze them. If you plan to freeze them long term, then wrapping them in plastic is best. You can even put icing on the cake first before freezing it as long as the icing doesn't have butter or margarine in it (or anything similar product), because these contain water and will melt the icing when thawed out.
Cookies can be baked and frozen the same way as cakes above, but since they usually contain a high fat content they will keep for a long time in regular dry storage. You can take unbaked cookie dough and prepare the cookies for baking on sheet pans, then freeze the pans of dough instead of baking. Once the dough is frozen then remove the unbaked cookies and put in a plastic bag, and then place bag in freezer. When you want to bake the cookies just remove them from the bag and place on the pan. If the cookies contain large amounts of butter, margarine or butter substitutes then don't freeze the pre-baked dough.

BREAD AND ROLLS ARE BEST BAKED AT 200 DEGREES UNTIL THE ARE SET LIKE BROWN AND SERVE ROLLS. THEN COOL THEM ON A RACK AND FREEZE THEM. THEY ARE READY NOW TO USE LATER WHEN YOU GET READY FOR THEM SET THE OVEN ON 250 DEGREES OR 300 IF YOU WANT TO KEEP AN EYE ON THEM AND IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO BROWN THEM THIS WAY IF YOU PUT THE OVEN ON 200 DEGREES YOU CAN HEAT THEM IN 10 MINUTES INSIDE AND SERVE THEM HOT INSIDE OF A TOWEL ON THE TABLE AT THE LAST MINUTE. COOKIES COME TO THE POINT OF BEING DONE EATHER SOFT OR HARD. COOL ON COOKIE RACK AND FREEZE IN PLASTIC IF YOU WANT A WONDERFUL COOKIE HOT PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 200 DEGREES AND PUT THE COOKIE IN FOR 10 MIN AND IT WILL BE WARM WITH OUT BROWNING MUCH MORE. CASSAROLS AND LOAFS ARE A CHALANGE. YOU MUST FIGURE IF THE KIND OF LOAF YOU MAKE WILL FREAZE OR NOT IF IT WILL AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TELL WHICH ONES WILL BUT SOME FREZED WONDERFUL. BAKE THE LOAF AS DIRECTED UNTIL FIRM AND NOT BROWN HARD ON TOP. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COVER WITH A TOWEL UNTIL THE ROAST CASSEROLE IS COOL AND PUT PLASTIC OR CLING RAP ON TOP THEN PUT TINFOIL OVER THAT. AFTER THAT YOU WILL NEED TO PUT IT IN A PLASTIC BAG AND SEAL IT AIR TIGHT WITH A TWIST. AND FREEZE. REMEMBER TO GET ALL AREAS SEALED TIGHT SO NOT TO GET FREEZER BURN AND USE IT WITHIN A MONTH.

Almost all baked goods freeze really well. After baking, simply put them into freezer bags, or tupperware containers and throw them in the freezer. They should last a couple months without any problems.
