wtf! make sure he is not playing with you cause alot of guys do that! they are lame! ask him when you told me u liked me did u mean it cause it seems like totally the opposite? and ask him are u scared of me? Just for the laugh to see wat he tells you! LOL and i think u should just find someone else cause guys like that are a tease! and just want to mess around!

People like having their secret crushes, so now that he knows for a fact that u like him, he cant still wonder about u the same way. now he is probably shy around u and wants to ask u to hang out. he can smile and wave at u bc he is far enough to have contact with u w/out a need for him to talk. but on the phone, he is obligated to say something about getting together and he is not ready for that yet. give him time to get used to it and then everythign will start happening. keep on liking him!

Maybe he's just confused about what he wants right now. He also might be thinking if he gets with you he will probably mess up everything. Thing to do is ask him whats going on face to face or e-mail him.

He is an individual that is not yet sure how to express his inner emotions that you make move. Hes shy, you try to become more aggressive, and comfort his emotions about him, If you really like then pursue, he's not sure how you would react to his feelings of you so you take the initiative.

Come and talk to him about it. Demand why he's not talking to you everytime you call him. Also, you could be calling at the wrong time. You could talk to him when you see him, instead of just on the phone.
