The best thing is weekly deep condtioning with warm olive oil. Heat up some olive oil, and massage itinto scalp and down the hair shaft. Use enough to cover all of the hair without it dripping. Leave on for 30 minutes, shampoo and condition as usual, you'll notice a difference after just one application.

As a licensed cosmetogist, and suffer of fried ends, I can tell you the only way to fix friend ends is to have them cut off. You can go to any salon and they will try selling you spendy shampoos and conditioners,but your better off just using suave and saving the money.

I would really suggest Pantene Pro-V that is the one that i use and it leaves my hair smelling great and soft

go to your nearset saloon and get something from them, may cost a bit more but its worth it and they can give your professinal elp in picking out the right stuff
