I found only 2 places online. specialtyrentals.com and cityrentacar.com . anywhere else?

The major rental companies would have Lincolns and Caddilacs and Buicks for rental.

If you must have Mercedes then there's a company downtown just across from Downtown Hilton on O'farrel in San Francisco. I think that was City Rentals.
