Any examples of electrical items that would be around 300w? i appreciate that there are a lot of variables on this?

This has only 1.3A max current capacity, your PC stack would use more than this, check the loading of each appliance on the servive/model sticker and total up for correct size to use, a 5 or 7 amp adaptor on a 230Vac supply would usually be sufficient.

Can you tell us more about this piece of equipment, please?

I'm curious to know why you bought something without knowing what you could do with it.

If it has a manufacturer's name or part number that would be helpful.

I remember a friend's dad asking me to fix a computer he had brought home from work (it was being chucked out).

As soon as I saw it, I doubled over with laughter. He had brought home a dumb-terminal (screen and keyboard only).

It always helps to know what you are buying and for what it can be used.
