I was taken into a small cold room by three women at a youth detention facility. They told me to remove my clothes one piece at a time and drop them in a bag. Then I had to raise my arms, my breasts, and bend over and cough. They wrote down every mark I had on my body. All this (and more) to 'teach me a lesson' for not going to school at the age of fourteen. It could and should have been resolved another way. No one even bothered to ask me WHY I wouldn't go.

We have a policy with our police service that we only strip search if we believe that the person is concealing something small like drugs (So if you are arrested for DUI then you will get a pat down search, not a strip search). We are directed that the person is to remove one piece of clothing at a time, we search the item and then you return it. Never is a person to be completely nude. Sometimes if a person is suicidal we will ask them to remove clothing so they can put on a thick "baby doll" kind of garment that they can't hang themselves with. We also don't do body cavity searches (thank goodness) we have to take them to the hospital for that.
I do my best to give each person as much dignity as possible with every strip search I do.

Getting strip searched would stink, but it's necessary for the safety and security of the jail. If you don't like it, try not getting arrested.

Several times...and always by the AMAZON POLICE WOMEN of Atlantis. I tried to resist...all12 times...but never with any success.
OK,for real...no, never thank heaven. But does a PSA (prostrate) exam count. I really did have one of those and of course I had a female physician....

yeah, i got stripped search one time when i was arrested, they took all my clothes away and the lady cop put her fingers inside my bottom and my vagina to see if i had anythign in there

In prison, it happens quite often and you get used to it after a while.
