lie down on a flat surface or a bed and lift your leg as much as you can. turn it clockwise and anti-clockwise for about 10 times. then do the same with other leg. you will get rid of excess fat . remember do not stress yourself too much. do it slowly

None, you can't localize fat loss. But go with squats as is one of the best overall exercises. Build some muscle, raise your metabolism, and do some HIIT.
