Use http://www.killdisk.com to wipe your drive. This is a destructive utility which will over write the data presently on the computer. Unlike a format will only deletes the file tree that allow the OS to locate files. That is why you can "undelete" information. Once a drive\partition\file has been wiped it is unrecoverable. If there are virus/adware/spyware this will render them harmless. It is also a freeware and can be ran from a floppy or CD.
Spybot, cCleaner, SpywareGuard have shredder utilities that allow you to wipe individual file or groups of file.

CCleaner is free, but will not clean out the porn and games. Best bet is to click on Start, choose Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs (for the games). The porn, click on Start, choose Search. it has an option to search for all Photos and Movies, let it run, then just delete all the offensive material. Only other way is to reinstall Windows if you have the disk. Best of luck, chow.

CCleaner is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less than a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware! :)

I wouldn't waste money nor time with a drive cleaner. It would be so much better to reinstall the operating system and software.
