well you can either keep on scratchin or go by some jock itch cream for it.

Any Itch is not normal,consult a dermatologist.

use an over the counter anti fungal cream for a week....u should see results by then,if not a dr has to give u a stronger cream...
try not to scratch the fungus will only spread,,,and get worst
