To explain, I have a Nikon N60 Camera. I have two lenses: Quantaray Tech-10 and Quantaray 28-80mm Lens. I would like to buy a digital camera that is compatible with my two lenses. How do I know what digital cameras will be compatible?

Your lenses will work on any Nikon DSLR.
Since the chip size of these cameras is 16X24 mm, as opposed to 24X36 for film, the effective focal length of the lenses are about 50% higher. Therefore, you'll find that the lenses zoom more and have less wide angle. The bonus is your 300mm lens acts like a 450mm lens on a DSLR!
I bought my D-70 body-only and used my old lenses for about a year before giving in and buying a zoom lens with 18mm focal length (about 27mm equivalent on a 35mm camera.) Nikon, Tamron and Sigma all make decent 18-200mm lenses. I bought the Sigma lens and use it almost exclusively now.
Just be warned that you can't use a lens designed for a DSLR on a film camera: you would have severe vignetting, and they've done something to the mount that keeps you from turning it onto a film camera. There's been some speculation that eventually DSLR's will eventually go to 24X36mm chips. This probably won't happen (although Canon just released the EOS-1Ds with that feature.) If you're concerned about this, stick to lenses designed for 35mm cameras.
