ok my friend that i hang out with a lot has a cold.My questions are
1.will i get the cold??
2.does taking 1000 mg of vita c help???
3.Will taking my multi vitamen help???

1} if he sneezes near you. do not touch your nose or eyes until u wash your hands.these are portals for the germs....
2} it can't hurt
3} it can't hurt
just remember to wash your hands often near someone with a cold or flu...
